Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

Kora Cloud is operated by RAW Labs SA. These Terms govern access to Kora Cloud, including public account pages, account signup and login, plan selection, billing redirects, installation sessions, deployment check-ins, license issuing, license refresh, and first-party managed services used by Kora deployments.

The Kora software installed in a customer-controlled environment is governed by the Kora Software License Agreement and any separate written agreement with RAW Labs SA.

2. Kora Cloud And Local Kora

Kora Cloud is the RAW Labs operated control plane for accounts, billing, installation, licensing, check-ins, and selected managed service APIs. Kora Cloud does not replace the local Kora Platform runtime installed in the customer environment.

Local Kora deployments run customer workflows and enforce signed license snapshots locally. Depending on plan, configuration, and enabled managed services, a deployment may send account, license, check-in, telemetry, data-contribution, email-delivery, or managed-integration records to Kora Cloud.

3. Accounts And Access

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for keeping account access secure, and for actions taken through your account or deployment tokens. Do not share deployment tokens, install-session tokens, or administrative account access except as authorized for your organization.

RAW Labs may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect Kora, Kora Cloud, other customers, payment integrity, license enforcement, or security.

4. Plans, Billing, And Licenses

Plan selection, checkout, subscription management, and invoices may be handled by third-party billing providers. Kora Cloud mirrors only the billing information needed to determine account status, entitlement limits, and license eligibility.

Kora licenses are signed entitlement records. They are not bearer secrets and are not encrypted. Deployment tokens, install-session tokens, and activation codes are secrets and must be protected.

5. Managed Services

Kora Cloud may provide first-party managed APIs for Kora-shipped extensions or installation flows, such as managed email delivery, managed connector authorization, telemetry intake, data-contribution intake, license check-in, and license refresh.

Managed services are available only when the deployment has an active eligible license and a deployment token with the required scope. Local extension state, customer workflow execution, and local organization membership remain owned by the local Kora deployment.

6. Telemetry And Data Contribution

Cloud-connected non-Enterprise plans include telemetry and data contribution as part of Kora Cloud. Those deployments may send sanitized operational telemetry and data contribution records, currently including project source snapshots, chat transcripts, and runtime traces, after local redaction rules are applied.

RAW Labs may use contributed data to operate, secure, debug, improve, train, evaluate, benchmark, and develop Kora and related products, including commercial products, datasets, models, benchmarks, and insights derived from contributed data.

Enterprise and offline deployments do not participate in Kora Cloud telemetry or data contribution.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Kora Cloud to violate law, infringe third-party rights, attack or disrupt systems, bypass license enforcement, transmit malware, harvest credentials, send abusive email, or operate a competing hosted service using Kora software or Kora Cloud APIs without written permission from RAW Labs SA.

8. Availability And Changes

Kora Cloud may change over time. RAW Labs may add, remove, suspend, or modify features, plans, routes, managed services, or operational limits. Beta, preview, staging, and evaluation functionality may be changed or withdrawn without notice.

9. Disclaimers And Liability

Kora Cloud is provided on an as-available basis except as expressly stated in a separate signed agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAW Labs SA disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption.

10. Conflicts

If you have a separate signed agreement with RAW Labs SA, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms. The Kora Software License Agreement controls use of installed Kora software unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
