Kora Terms of Service

These terms cover the Kora website, Kora SaaS, Kora Cloud, and self-managed Kora software and services provided by RAW Labs SA.

Last updated: August 26, 2026

1. Who We Are

RAW Labs SA operates the Kora website, Kora SaaS, and Kora Cloud. These Terms govern your access to and use of those services.

Kora software installed in customer-controlled infrastructure is also governed by the Kora Software License Agreement and any separate written agreement with RAW Labs SA. A separate signed agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.

2. Kora Service Models

Kora SaaS is a RAW Labs-operated hosted Kora Platform service. It stores organization, project, workflow, chat, execution, settings, and artifact records and runs customer workflows within the hosted regional service.

Kora Cloud is the RAW Labs-operated account, billing, installation, licensing, check-in, and managed-service control plane for self-managed Kora deployments. It does not replace the Kora Platform runtime installed in customer-controlled infrastructure.

With self-managed Kora, customer workflows run in the customer environment. Depending on plan, configuration, enabled managed services, and support interactions, a deployment may send specific account, license, check-in, telemetry, data-contribution, email-delivery, or managed-integration records to Kora Cloud.

3. Accounts And Organizations

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting account access and tokens, and activity performed through your account. Organization owners and administrators are responsible for authorizing members, invitations, integrations, and workflows in their organization.

Kora SaaS and Kora Cloud are separate applications. They may use the same identity provider to support a smooth sign-in experience, but their accounts, organizations, browser sessions, and service data are not automatically synchronized.

RAW Labs may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect Kora, other customers, payment integrity, license enforcement, service availability, or security, or to address a violation of these Terms.

4. Plans, Billing, AI Credits, And Licenses

Kora SaaS may include a complimentary member and a paid hosted member subscription for additional members. Current prices, quantities, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. AI credits are purchased separately from the member subscription and fund eligible model use shared by Kora Chat and workflow agent tasks.

Kora Cloud plans and Kora Cloud licenses apply to self-managed Kora deployments and are separate from a Kora SaaS organization's hosted subscription and AI-credit balance.

Third-party billing providers may handle checkout, subscription management, payment methods, invoices, and customer portal flows. Verified provider records, rather than a browser redirect alone, determine paid service status.

Kora licenses are signed entitlement records. They are not bearer secrets and are not encrypted. Deployment tokens, install-session tokens, activation codes, and service credentials are secrets and must be protected.

5. Customer Content And Automated Workflows

Customer content includes workflow definitions, project files, prompts, chat messages, inputs, outputs, tasks, reviews, artifacts, and other data submitted to or generated through Kora. You are responsible for having the rights and authority needed to submit that content and instruct Kora to process it.

RAW Labs may host, copy, transmit, and otherwise process customer content as needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain Kora SaaS and requested managed services. Workflows, agents, and integrations may act on external systems or send selected content to configured service providers. You are responsible for reviewing workflow configuration, permissions, and material outputs before relying on them.

6. Managed Services And Third Parties

Kora SaaS and Kora Cloud may use third-party hosting, storage, identity, billing, workflow-orchestration, model, gateway, connector, communications, logging, and support providers to deliver the service. A workflow or integration may also interact with third-party systems selected or configured by your organization.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of configured providers and connected systems is authorized and lawful.

7. Telemetry And Data Contribution

A Kora deployment configured and eligible for telemetry or data contribution may send sanitized operational telemetry and designated data-contribution records to RAW Labs. This can include a self-managed deployment or a participating hosted regional service. Designated records currently include project source snapshots, chat transcripts, and runtime traces after applicable redaction rules are applied.

RAW Labs may use contributed data to operate, secure, debug, improve, train, evaluate, benchmark, and develop Kora and related products, including commercial products, datasets, models, benchmarks, and insights derived from contributed data.

Enterprise and offline self-managed deployments do not participate in Kora Cloud telemetry or data contribution. Ordinary customer content is not contributed data merely because Kora SaaS stores or processes it to provide the hosted service.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use Kora to violate law, infringe third-party rights, attack or disrupt systems, bypass access or license enforcement, transmit malware, harvest credentials, send abusive communications, or operate a competing hosted service using Kora software or APIs without written permission from RAW Labs SA.

9. Availability And Changes

Kora services may change over time. RAW Labs may add, remove, suspend, or modify features, plans, routes, providers, managed services, or operational limits. Beta, preview, staging, and evaluation functionality may be changed or withdrawn without notice.

10. Disclaimers And Liability

Kora services are provided on an as-available basis except as expressly stated in a separate signed agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAW Labs SA disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption.

11. Conflicts

If you have a separate signed agreement with RAW Labs SA, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms. The Kora Software License Agreement controls use of installed Kora software unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
