Software License

License Grant

This Kora Software License Agreement governs use of Kora software, container images, deploy bundles, installers, documentation, and related materials made available by RAW Labs SA.

Kora is proprietary software. Subject to these terms and any applicable order form, subscription, evaluation agreement, or enterprise agreement with RAW Labs SA, RAW Labs SA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use Kora only for your internal business purposes and only while you have a valid subscription, evaluation, or license issued by RAW Labs SA.

Restrictions

You may not:

copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, rent, host, or provide Kora to third parties except as expressly permitted by RAW Labs SA in writing;
remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices, license material, telemetry notices, or attribution notices;
bypass, disable, or interfere with license checks, entitlement checks, activation, check-in, billing, usage, or access-control mechanisms;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from Kora, except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
use Kora to build or operate a competing product or service;
use Kora in violation of applicable law, sanctions, export-control rules, or third-party rights.

Ownership

RAW Labs SA and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to Kora, including all intellectual property rights. Kora is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Third-Party Components

Third-party open-source components included with or used by Kora remain governed by their own license terms. See the third-party notices and any release SBOM or third-party notice materials distributed with a release.

Disclaimer

Kora is provided "as is" except as expressly stated in a written agreement with RAW Labs SA. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAW Labs SA disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAW Labs SA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption.

Separate Agreements

If you have a separate signed agreement with RAW Labs SA for Kora, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with this license.
